Payments on Meal Accounts

  • MySchoolBucks (Debit and Credit Cards Only) - Payments take up to 2 school days to process.
    • Important notice regarding mySchoolBucks fees.
      English, Korean, and Spanish

Toll-free phone number for mySchoolBucks: 800-256-8224
    • Accounts can be created to only view student balances without a fee.
Fee-based accounts allow parents to set a "Low Point" and automatic payments. To determine the Low Point, calculate how much your student spends over three school days, and make that amount your student's Low Point if you'd like to use the feature.
  • Payment Envelope Template - Use No. 10 Envelope (4/8" x 9 1/2") or get envelopes in school offices. (Cash or Checks Only)
  • Checking Students' Meal Account Balances - There are two ways plus a bonus learning option! 1. Parents are able to create a mySchoolBucks account (FREE) if they only want to view their student's balance. 2. Reports are printed once each week showing students' balances. These reports are kept in your child's school office. In either method, the information may not be current. Learning Option: Have your child mark your family's refrigerator planning calendar whenever he/she purchases meals. This gives parents and children another opportunity to talk to each other!
  • Money in student meal accounts will be carried over to the next school year for Kindergarten through 7th grade. 8th grade students should use all of their money or request a refund (Meal Account Refund Request Form) signed by parent/guardian. The completed and signed form can be mailed to Nutrition Office, 389 W. Truslow Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. If a refund check is requested, please be sure to include your name and your complete mailing address so the check will reach you!

An A to Z Guide to Nutrition Services

Money in student meal accounts will be carried over to the next school year for Kindergarten through 7th grade. 8th grade students should use all of their money or request a refund (see Meal Account Refund Request Form above) signed by parent/guardian.

Payments made during the summer may not be reflected in students' accounts.  MySchoolBucks will be updated in mid-August.  Thank you for your patience while we update our systems and program them for the new school year!

Student ID Numbers: Your student will use his/her same ID number beginning in Kindergarten through the 8th Grade. Students also call this number their "lunch number". Many students think that this number changes from year-to-year, but it really stays the same. That's something good to know! Students use their ID number in our point-of-sale (POS) systems when they go through the meal service lines at their schools.
